"LEFT BEHIND" Documentary Screening & Discussion
Suite Escape is proud to present a screening of the critically acclaimed film, “LEFT BEHIND” at the Gorton Center at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, May 20th. The film was directed by Anna Toomey, and tells the story of a group of determined mothers who, after watching their children slip through the cracks, came together to open New York City’s first public school for dyslexic students. A moderated discussion will follow, featuring leading professionals in the field of education and advocacy. This event is open and free of charge to all members of the public - adults, educators and families are invited to join.
