We love a great speaker. But we’ve also learned that sometimes the best part of a Suite Escape event is the person you happen to sit next to.

So this fall, we’re making more room for that.

Coffee, No Agenda is our new monthly event exclusively for Suite Escape members, a morning gathering designed around conversation, connection and getting to know the women around you a little better.

No speaker. No presentation. No formal networking. Just good coffee and interesting women actually talking to each other.

Come reconnect with someone you already know, finally talk to that person you’ve seen at a dozen events, or meet someone completely new. Talk about work, life, what you’re reading, what you’re thinking about, what’s next, or whatever comes up over coffee.

Because as much as we love walking away from an event with a great idea, sometimes what fills your cup is simply good company and a really good conversation.

Join us for a Suite Escape Lunch Series with Jessica Qaasim, Head of Industry at Google Marketing, for a conversation about the choices, experiences and ideas that have shaped both her life and her career.

Jessica’s story began on the South Side of Chicago and has taken her around the world and to the forefront of one of the most transformative industries of our time. Along the way, she has developed her own philosophy around momentum, getting one percent better each day, moving with agility and influence, making time for original thinking, and recognizing that the tiny decisions we make along the way often become the big story.

We’ll talk about the personal side of her journey, too: finding belonging, navigating change, taking risks, building confidence and figuring out what growth looks like when your life and career don’t necessarily follow a straight line.

And then we’ll turn to something Jessica is thinking deeply about right now: how we grow and create in the age of AI.

AI is giving us extraordinary new ways to work faster, create more and scale ideas. But Jessica makes a compelling case that as AI becomes ubiquitous, originality becomes even more valuable. Technology can help us produce more, but creativity, judgment, curiosity and a point of view are what make any of it matter.

So how do we take advantage of everything AI can do without handing over the very things that make our work, and our lives, interesting?
