Kelly Q. Anderson - Writer, Screenwriter and Artist

2026 arrived in a blink, and with it, the quiet (and not-so-quiet) question many of us are asking: Who am I becoming next?

Before rushing forward, we invite you to pause…and pick up a pen.
To look back with honesty. To imagine ahead with intention. To use journaling as a tool for clarity, creativity, and growth.

Journaling isn’t just reflection. It’s an invitation for growth.

Whether you’re craving a fresh outlet, curious about journaling but unsure where to begin, or quietly dreaming of a creative project you haven’t yet given yourself permission to pursue, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll be guided through accessible techniques and imaginative prompts that make self-expression feel expansive, meaningful, and deeply personal, but not intimidating.

This experience will be led by Kelly Q. Anderson, an award-winning writer, artist, and screenwriter whose work lives at the intersection of storytelling, emotion, and visual beauty. Her stories and photography have appeared in The New York Times, Stanchion, Atticus Review, and beyond. Her work has been optioned for public art, anthologies, and film. Her latest short film, That Old Beautiful Love, was selected for eight film festivals in 2025, and she is currently in pre-production on her next short film, Dolly’s Hand on Mine. Kelly brings a warm, intuitive approach to writing, one that invites curiosity, presence, and trust in your own voice.

You’ll Walk Away With

  • A fresh, flexible journaling ritual that fits your real life

  • Simple, powerful techniques to unlock your voice on the page

  • A new perspective on how journaling can support mental well-being, reflection, and personal growth

Come exactly as you are. Come with curiosity, not expectations.
Leave with a renewed connection to your inner voice, a deeper sense of clarity, and a practice you can return to again and again.

This is more than a workshop, it’s an opportunity to listen, reflect, and begin your next chapter with intention.
